Refund policy
Returns
As a consumer, you are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations 2015. This provides, that if you change you mind, or wish to cancel or return your order for any reason, you must notify us of your wish to return your goods with 14 days, and return them within 14 days after the notification.
However, as a seller we are now making you aware that if you do return an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of returning the item to us in a resaleable condition. In addition to this, once we receive the item back in said condition, you will be refunded LESS the original cost of delivery. If the item was delivered to you free of charge, the actual cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund. Items must return back to us in the original packaging, and have all the protective packaging firmly in place.
Because we have stated, and therefore made you aware of the above you are legally obliged to comply if you wish to return the item for a refund.
Please note that when ordering large pieces of furniture, if you aren't convinced you will want to keep the item then we urge you not to order. As returning large items of furniture can be very expensive. There may also be an administration charge on larger items of around 10% of the cost.
Ways of returning:
For smaller items (that arrived to you in a box by a parcel courier) we can book our own courier to collect from you at a charge or you can arrange your own courier. You must pack the item up as well as it was when it arrived with you to ensure it gets back to us undamaged.
If you need to return a large piece of furniture after notifying us within the 14 days, you can contact us to ask our advice on the best way to get it back to us. The return of a large piece will come at considerable cost.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Returns must be booked in via email and once confirmed the returns address will be given to suit the item being returned.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Ironbridge Furniture website
We will endeavour to process your orders as soon as possible and will let you know if there is likely to be a major delay.
