This set of four beautiful lacquered Acacia wood cheese knives includes: a narrow knife, ideal for semi-soft to semi-hard cheeses like Havarti, Gouda, or cheddar, a wide spatula/blade knife, ideal for soft and crumbly cheeses, like brie, camembert, or blue cheese, a cheese fork, ideal for breaking off chunks from harder cheeses, and a pointed cheese knife, ideal for general purposes like slicing cheeses cleanly. They come packaged together in a compact box, so they also make a great gift.

Care Wipe over with warm soapy water, rinse and dry immediately, To nourish and protect the natural wood, rub a food grade mineral oil into the surface with a cloth, allow to dry and repeat regularly to keep the wood in top condition. Do not put in the dishwasher.

 

Every item is checked, conditioned with a fine coating of mineral oil and carefully wrapped by us before it leaves our warehouse. If it feels slightly greasy on arrival just wipe it over with a paper towel. 

Please note that the piece of wood you are buying is unique, the grain and knots are entirely natural and are not seen as defects.
